These terms apply to anyone reading this site. By using it, you accept them. They are short, because the site is simple: articles to read, and nothing to buy or sign up for.
What this site is
A personal blog about backend engineering, Node.js and AI agents, written by the author named on the About page. Reading is free, needs no account, and has no ads.
Using the content
The articles, their text, images and diagrams are the author's work, and all rights are reserved, except as allowed below.
- Quoting and sharing are welcome: quote a passage, share a link, or discuss an article anywhere. Please name the author and link to the article.
- Code samples in the articles may be copied into your own projects, commercial or not, without asking. Attribution is appreciated, not required.
- Republishing an article in full, or translating it, needs the author's permission first.
- Automated collection: you may read the RSS feed, and search engines may index the site. Do not scrape the site at a rate that disturbs other readers, or copy its articles to publish them elsewhere.
How the articles are written
Articles reflect the author's own experience and opinions at the time of writing, not those of any employer or client. Some are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools. Every article is reviewed and published by the author, who is responsible for it.

The articles are written with care, but software changes and mistakes happen. Everything here is provided as is, without any guarantee that it is complete, current or fit for your purpose. Test code and advice before you rely on them, especially in production. The author is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or its content, to the extent the law allows.

Articles link to documentation, libraries and other sites that this site does not control. They are offered for convenience; their content and their own terms and privacy policies are theirs.

What the site records when you visit, and for how long, is described in the Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break into the site, overload it, or get around its protections, and do not use it to attack anyone else. Requests that do may be blocked.
